Two TSW Projects Receive ULI Atlanta Awards

TSW Landscape Architecture Studio’s Greystone and White Provision were recently
awarded Developments of Excellence from the ULI Atlanta Chapter. Each year the
Atlanta Chapter of the Urban Land Institute honors Excellence in Development profiling
the region’s most innovative and respected real estate developments.
Greystone is Piedmont Park’s bathhouse and pool, originally built in 1911 and the pool
added in 1973, were recently renovated as one of the remaining renovation projects of
the Piedmont Park Master Plan. TSW was responsible for schematic landscape design
and construction documents for the pool area and surrounding grounds. The project is
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) registered, tracking Gold.
White Provision, located at the corner of 14th Street and Howell Mill Road, is a 380,000
square feet mixed-use redevelopment of a historic meat packing building that was
constructed in the early 1900s. The project now includes 100 residential units, 65,000
square feet of office and 95,000 square feet of retail. TSW was responsible for project
sitework, which included grading and new utilities, stormwater detention, vehicular and
pedestrian circulation, and landscaping.
