Monroe LCI Contract

The City of Monroe, approximately 45 miles east of Atlanta, chose the TSW Team of TSW, Keck & Wood, and Arnett Muldrow & Associates to study the Monroe Town Center.

The intent of the study is to spur redevelopment along the Broad Street corridor (State Route 11) that runs through downtown Monroe. The focus of the study is on developing creative solutions for future land use, development patterns, transportation and circulation, alternative means of transportation, economic development, housing and comprehensive implementation strategies.
