McDaniel Glenn is focus of Emory University Study

A study released by Emory University details the dramatic transformation of the McDaniel Glenn community after TSW developed a master plan five years ago.  Spurred by HOPE VI funds, the mixed-income, New Urbanist reinvention of the neighborhood has significantly lowered crime rates, improved community perceptions, and increased nearby home values.
