Renaissance on Lindbergh
Turns the Vision into Reality

TSW has been retained by the Kaplan Companies to prepare a master plan and architectural designs for Renaissance on Lindbergh, three blocks of traditional townhomes, condominiums and apartments located within a short walk of Atlanta's Lindbergh Center MARTA rail station. With its street-oriented buildings, wide sidewalks, and mix of housing types, Renaissance at Lindbergh represents the fruition of a long-term vision for transforming the station area from a collection of disconnected, auto-oriented uses into a diverse, mixed-use, urban and walkable neighborhood. The project follows a community-based master plan and code prepared by TSW's Alycen Whiddon and Caleb Racicot while with the City of Atlanta.
