Earns Host of Awards

November 2004

As construction continues on Glenwood Park, the TSW-designed project continues to garner praise and awards.

• In October 2004, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association named Glenwood Park as the Community of the Year.
• In mid-November 2004, the Georgia Urban Forest Council named Glenwood Park as its Outstanding Community.
• The 2004 "Best Of" edition of Creative Loafing named Charles Brewer as the Best Real Estate Developer - both Critics' pick and by readers' vote.
• On behalf of Green Street Properties' Glenwood Park work, The Georgia Conservancy named Charles Brewer as the 2004 Distinguished Conservationist of the Year.

This is all in addition to the Congress for the New Urbanism Charter Award for neighborhood design that the project received back in 2003.
