Clarksville Final Downtown Street Study Presented
November 2010
TSW’s Adam Williamson recently presented the final City of Clarksville Downtown
Parking and Street Network Study to City Council. Priority recommendations include
making downtown more pedestrian and bicycle friendly through the use of bike lanes,
medians, and narrowing of streets. Several recommendations are already underway
and include adding a bicycle share lane and reverse-angle parking to Second and Third
Streets.
