Blythewood Master Plan Receives South Carolina APA Award

The Town of Blythewood Master Plan, led by TSW, was recently awarded the South Carolina Chapter of the American Planning Association (SCAPA) Outstanding Planning Project for a Small Jurisdiction at SCAPA’s 2010 Fall Conference. The master plan, which was developed through an intensive public outreach program and focused on smart growth and sustainability, was recognized for its innovation, comprehensiveness, quality, and implementation success.
