TSW's Argenta District Master Plan Receives Award

TSW's Argenta District Master Plan received the 2010 Achievement in Comprehensive Plan Award by the Arkansas Chapter of the American Planning Association.

TSW has been involved in the master planning of North Little Rock's Argenta Downtown District for the past two years and developed a plan that will guide future growth of the area over the next decade.

The plan, based on the principles of New Urbanism, calls for 1,400 new apartments, condominiums, and single family-detached homes, improved sidewalks, a multi-use trail to promote walking and bicycling, new shops and restaurants within walking distance of residences, a new school, new parks and greenspaces, new fire and police stations, a public health facility, a farmer’s market and a multi-modal transportation hub.
