Tunnell-Spangler-Walsh & Associates (TSW) was recently selected as the planning consultant for the Town Center LCI* study in the City of Monroe, Georgia. TSW has extensive experience working on LCI projects.

TSW, partnered with Kech & Wood, Inc. and Arnett Muldrow & Associates, will create a financially viable, design-based vision, plan, and implementation strategy for the Town Center of Monroe, Georgia.

* LCI stands for Livable Centers Initiative. For several years, the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) has been providing funding for investment studies and transportation projects located in activity and town centers in the Atlanta region.
