TSW Cottage and Home Plan Packages

TSW Architecture offers a variety of mountain-themed Cottage Plans in their Smoky Mountain Series of homes.

These cottages range from 1,750 square feet to 3,300 square feet. Plan packages include fully dimensioned floor plans, exterior elevations, descriptive wall sections, window schedules, and schematic electrical plans in most cases.

Plans can be modified to accommodate the buyer’s program and to more successfully fit a site. Packages can also be expanded to include full framing plans, heating and plumbing plans, and more comprehensive detailing.
